  • Booking and Contact Information: When you book a session or contact us through forms on our Site, we collect personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Payment Information: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you make a payment, you provide your payment information, such as your credit or debit card number, directly to Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We receive transaction confirmation and related data from Stripe to manage your booking.1
  • Comments: When you leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
  • User Registration: For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.

2.2. Information Collected Automatically

  • Log Data and Cookies: Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).     • Gravatar: As mentioned, an anonymized hash of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to display your profile picture with comments.
    • Spam Detection: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
  • Embedded Content from Other Websites: Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). This embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
